This is our classic Tiny Bible in the 1995 New American Standard Bible (NASB). The world hasn’t seen a Bible this size in more than a century, and it’s our pleasure to reintroduce it.

We’ve taken everything we’ve learned about miniature Bible making and applied it to this edition. The cover is black sheepskin leather, and the endpapers are Bible end leaves. The gold foil covers are first heat burnished to protect the foil lettering better. It comes with two blue satin ribbons. The head and tail bands are also blue, complementing the interior blue accents on the chapter and verse numbers. We’ve also added ten black-and-white maps at the back.

Tiny Bible makes a perfect gift for your spouse or loved one. It’s the Bible you know your pastor doesn’t have yet. Many buy them to give to their children or grandchildren as part of their legacy. Some bring them on backpacking trips to enjoy the full word of God around the campfire. Some keep them on their coffee tables as conversation starters. Tiny Bible has been consecrated in burial as the cornerstone of church edifices. It has made its way into military bases and prisons. Because it is highly concealable, it can be taken into some tight places.

Magnifying Glass Lens

Each purchase of this NASB Tiny Bible comes with an 8.5x leather-encased magnifying glass, as pictured. With young eyes, you can read Tiny Bible without this (here’s a video demonstrating), but magnification is a helpful assistance to all ages.

Typesetting

Tiny Bible’s typesetting is by Scribe Inc, a Philadelphia-based company that knows the ins and outs of Bible typesetting. Tiny Bible is typeset in a font family called Edita, which we chose after real-life user testing with several different fonts. Edita has a font style that is particularly designed for small font sizes. Click here to view a sample of the first 5 pages of the gospel of John. Note: Don’t be intimidated by the size! In our experience, the desktop browser preview is smaller than actual real-life page dimensions of 1.93 x 1.46 inches. You can zoom in to have a closer look.

Printing & Binding

At this size, Tiny Bible has to be bound by hand which is very time-consuming. At scale, this is almost unheard of in Western publishing houses. After conversations with numerous Bible printers, we’ve partnered with R.R. Donnelley’s Asia facility to print and bind Tiny Bible. It is smythe-bound (stitch bound) and the cover is made in beautiful black sheepskin.

International Shipping

If your shipping address is outside the United States, our store puts the onus on you to pay import taxes and duties at the time of delivery, rather than charging you up-front at checkout, which means import taxes and duties are not reflected in the cost on this site. Our setup is technically known as delivered-at-place (DAP) incoterms. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. The software sticker price for intelligently computing, charging, and remitting import taxes and duties is prohibitively expensive at our size.

Return Policy

Due to Tiny Bible’s highly unusual size, part of the binding process must be done by hand which is normally completed by machines. These human factors may cause rare quality control missteps. We stand by our product, and if for any reason your Tiny Bible arrives defective or damaged, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of its arrival. Please contact us with your order number to begin this process.

Great Little Bible

Obviously not the most practical, but it is readable and the binding is well done

Yay! These are awesome!

We showed them Bibles to a pastor who said "Not much surprises me. That surprised me." (He is pastor over a lot of middle school and high school students) so they are something your pastor probably hasn't seen. They are super cute and are readable. The picture is the NASB and hand bound gospels of John. I definitely enjoy the tiny Bible, being able to take the Word of God with me anywhere I go. Binding the Johns gospels was a lot of fun.

Very small and well done. Can fit anywhere. Would like to have a better instrument to attach d in reading. One I can have farther away from my eye and one that can help me see more of the text at once. Everything comes as they describe. I carry it all day and stop once in a while briefly to read a verse or 2.

Beautiful Bible

I ordered this as a gift for a good friend. Beautiful Bible in both cover and text. I will likely purchase another in the future.

Great Bible!

This is a very high quality Bible for it's size. It is exactly what the name says, a tiny Bible. It's not stiff to open, and the pages are fairly easy to turn. My eyes can't read the text without the magnifier, and I have to admit, it is going to be difficult to get used to. All the problems are me problems, so far. I think this is truly a great option for getting Bibles into places they are illegal to own, or bringing one to such a place for personal study and edification. Definitely get the waterproof case, though. I sweat a lot, and I would be worried about it getting ruined.
